Starting with our 16-Movement Functional Assessment, our personal training specialists determine restrictions in the basic functions everybody should have.
After, meet with our clinical team and undergo a Neurofunctional Assessment to diagnose the root cause of these restrictions.
By integrating Training and Treatment, your Functional Movement team works together to design the optimal program to increase your functional performance.

Schedule your Neurofunctional Assessment with our Clinical Care Team to determine areas of treatment

Work with Trainer for 3 months 2x per week in-person (24 sessions total - Fitness Score Tested Monthly)

Work with neurofunctional practitioner for treatment and reassessment (4 sessions total)
