Training built around you

A starting point.
A plan.
Someone in your corner.

You might be new to training, getting back into a routine, or ready to work towards a specific goal. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start.

Kadyn takes time to understand your experience, confidence and day-to-day demands, then coaches you through a program that can change as you do.

01 / START WHERE YOU ARE

New or returning
to exercise.

Learn the movements, ask questions and build a routine that feels realistic for your life.

02 / WORK TOWARDS A GOAL

More strength.
More capability.

Train with purpose, whether you’re working towards a sport, an event or feeling stronger in everyday life.

03 / KEEP MOVING FORWARD

A bridge back
to training.

Returning after time off or rehabilitation? Build from your current abilities, with coordination with your care team when appropriate.

Your three-session introduction

Try the coaching.
Start building your plan.

After your free consultation, put your goals into practice with three 55-minute personal training sessions. There’s time to train together, make adjustments and see how the support fits.

  1. Find your starting point.

Explore your movement, experience and goals, then begin training at a level that suits you.

  2. Practice with guidance.

Work on your exercises with coaching on technique, pacing and progression. Ask questions and understand the purpose behind your program.

  3. Refine what works for you.

Build on what you’ve learned, adjust your plan and discuss the support that makes sense for your next step.

As you train together, you can explore in-person, online or hybrid coaching. There’s no ongoing commitment after your three sessions.

Before you start

A few things
you might be
wondering.

Still have a question?
Call 519-340-0358

Do I need experience or a certain fitness level?

No. Your consultation is about understanding where you are now. Kadyn can adapt your program to your experience, abilities and goals, whether you’re new to exercise or already training regularly.

What is included in the $300 introduction?

Three one-to-one personal training sessions with Kadyn, each 55 minutes long. You’ll assess your starting point, train together and develop your plan as you go. The price is $300 + HST. Your free 30-minute consultation is separate from these three sessions.

Am I committing to a longer training package?

No. There is no ongoing commitment after the three sessions. As you work together, you and Kadyn can discuss whether in-person, online or hybrid coaching fits your goals, schedule and budget. You decide what comes next.

Can I book just one session?

Yes. An individual 55-minute session is $120 + HST. The three-session introduction is $300 + HST—$60 less than three individual sessions, before HST—and gives you more time to work together before deciding on ongoing support.

What if I’m returning after an injury?

Discuss your history, current abilities and any care you’re receiving at your consultation. Kadyn can coordinate with your physiotherapist or chiropractor, with your consent, when appropriate. If you need clinical assessment or treatment, those appointments are arranged separately.

Can I train online or combine online and in-person sessions?

Online, hybrid and in-person options can be discussed during your consultation and as you work through your introduction. Kadyn will help you explore a format that suits your goals, available equipment and day-to-day life.

Where does in-person training take place?

At iON Health + Performance, 449 Laird Road, Unit 13, in South Guelph. Your consultation and training sessions are with Kadyn in the clinic’s training space.
