Kadyn grew up in Guelph playing competitive soccer, dancing, and distance running. This background fostered her love of exercise, leading to her undergraduate degree in kinesiology at McMaster University (HBScKIN), where she also started her journey as a personal trainer. This coming fall, Kadyn is starting her Master’s in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences and Neuroscience at the University of Guelph where she will be researching the causes and treatment of chronic pain. Her education and experiences have provided her with varied and unique perspectives. This shows up as deeply empathetic and personalized training for all of Kadyn’s clients. Her goal is to educate and empower clients and be a resource so that they feel confident being physically active on their own.
