Dr. Ben played OHL hockey and was a member of the varsity men’s hockey team at the University of Guelph before studying at Chiropractic at NYCC. There he completed additional training in Sports Science and Human Performance, and has since received certifications in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Neurofunctional Sports Performance and Functional Sports Medicine. His experience as an athlete, while recovering from hip and knee surgeries, provides a unique insight to injury rehabilitation and performance care.

Sam grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer prior to studying massage therapy at the Ontario College of Health & Technology. Her athletic experience and work with junior hockey and lacrosse teams led her to take a different approach to massage. She utilizes a combination of active range of motion, deep tissue treatments and medical acupuncture to improve performance and recovery.

Dr. Tyler graduated from CMCC in Toronto and has since devoted himself to learning empirically innovative new techniques. He takes a functional approach to care, utilizing his background in kinesiology, and advanced knowledge of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and Athletic Movement Assessment (AMA) when determining the root cause of musculo-skeletal pain conditions. He has also received certifications in advanced manual techniques including Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and Active Release Therapy (ART).

Dr. Cole Pollard has always had a passion for health and wellness. He utilizes a more holistic approach when it comes to patient care, assessing not only the area of concern but also the root cause of the complaint. Dr. Cole attended Lakehead University where he obtained Honours Degrees in both Kinesiology and Psychology. From there, he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Cole has additional training in contemporary medical acupuncture, neurofunctional assessment, and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy.

Stephanie loves creating hands-on treatment plans to help her clients feel their best as quickly as possible, and maintain wellness long-term.

Sammy has worked as a personal trainer since 2019 after completing her studies at both Lakehead University and University of Guelph. Her personal journey back to training following multiple car accidents in a 6-month period provides Sammy with a unique perspective on the struggles of training through injury and post-concussion symptoms. Using her knowledge through experience, she wants to help others train and live without limitations!

We have partnered with CrossFit 1827 in order to offer the privacy of a small clinic and active care resources of a fully functional gym. Our separate entrance and individual treatment rooms provide a safe, quiet space for treatment, with the resources to assess and train our clients in a real world setting using barbells, lifting platforms, squat racks and a variety of other fitness equipment.
