Brooke Tome
Meet Brooke
After interning at the Canadian Ice Academy working with the High-Performance Hockey Program (and other clinics), Brooke obtained advanced certifications in Sports Massage and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
She aims to combine her passion for fitness with her practice as a massage therapist through various manual techniques and appropriate therapeutic exercise prescriptions. Brooke’s purpose is to educate and empower her clients to become more aligned with their physical and mental health and provide hands-on tools to help unlock their fullest potential.
She has experience working with a diverse population including chronic pain and health conditions, mental illness, neurological conditions, disability, athletes, pre-and post-natal, infants, and palliative care. And has trained people of all ages and fitness levels in the gym.
When she is not in the clinic, you can find Brooke in the gym, running trails, baking something delicious, or spending time outdoors with her family, friends and French bulldog, Moose!
