How do I book an appointment? +
If you know the service you need, book directly through its page. Otherwise, use our short service finder for a suggested next step and booking options. You can also call or send a message to the clinic team.
Do I need a referral? +
No referral is required to book with our practitioners. Some extended health plans may require one for reimbursement, so check your coverage.
Which location should I visit? +
Choose the location that offers the service and practitioner you need. Guelph and Orangeville have different teams and services. If you are unsure, tell us what you are looking for and we will help you find the right starting point.
Is there parking? +
Yes. Our Guelph clinic has free onsite parking, and our Orangeville clinic has onsite parking available for clients.
Do you offer virtual sessions? +
Coaching, nutrition coaching and online personal training are available internationally. Counselling is available virtually in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Lab testing is available in Canadian provinces except Quebec, with samples collected in Canada. Our Virtual directory explains each option.
