Meet Sam
Sam grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer prior to studying massage therapy at the Ontario College of Health & Technology. Her athletic experience and work with junior hockey and lacrosse teams led her to take a different approach to massage. She utilizes a combination of active range of motion, deep tissue treatments and medical acupuncture to improve performance and recovery.
