Your equipment ships directly from our supplier. We will share tracking once your order is on its way.
Warranty & returns
Hyperice and Normatec products include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact iON with your order reference; we coordinate support with our supplier.
Opened Normatec products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact us before sending any equipment back. We will confirm return eligibility, instructions and any charges. Warranty claims are handled separately.
