A few practical details
Before your rental begins.

What is included, and what will I pay?
The two-week Cryon-X One rental is $650 CAD plus tax. It includes the unit, one wrap for you to keep, delivery and return shipping.
Additional rental time is $325 CAD plus tax per week, subject to confirmation. If you need another wrap, we confirm its cost before ordering.
When should I contact you?
As soon as you know your surgery date. We coordinate availability and delivery timing with the supplier. If your procedure date changes, let us know so we can review the arrangements.
Will someone explain how to use it?
The supplier provides setup resources and support. Your care team determines whether the device is suitable and gives you guidance on settings, session length and frequency.
The two-week period is the initial rental term. Your treatment schedule is individual.
What if I need a longer rental?
Contact us before your scheduled end date. Additional time is $325 CAD plus tax per week, subject to supplier confirmation. We will confirm your extension and revised return arrangements before it takes effect.
How do I return the equipment?
The supplier asks for UPS drop-off the day after your rental ends. Drain the unit as instructed, keep your wrap and pack the unit and reusable accessories in the original box, then attach the provided return label.
If you need help scheduling pickup, contact us before the return date. We will help coordinate it with the supplier. Follow the dates and instructions in your rental agreement; late-return charges may apply.
